Regulated in accordance with Dubai Maritime City Authority (DMCA) and UAE Commercial Maritime Laws.
All charter prices are displayed in UAE Dirhams (AED). A minimum deposit of 50% is required to secure a yacht booking. Full payment must be completed prior to boarding the vessel.
Your safety is paramount. If sea or weather conditions are deemed unsafe by the Dubai Coast Guard (red flag / gale warnings), charters will be rescheduled to a date of the client's choice at zero additional cost, or a full refund will be issued.
In compliance with UAE Federal Law, every passenger boarding a private yacht must present an original valid Emirates ID or Passport prior to departure.
Vessel guest capacity limits strictly adhere to DMCA licenses. Life jackets and marine safety equipment are provided on board. The Captain reserves the right to terminate or alter any voyage if safety protocols are compromised.
Guests may bring their own food and beverages. Consumption of alcohol must comply with UAE municipal guidelines (no excessive intoxication, no unruly behavior). Smoking is permitted only in designated open outdoor deck areas.
